What a digital marketing consultant in Las Vegas actually does.
01 · The short version
A digital marketing consultant in Las Vegas works out which part of your marketing is holding the number down, whether that's the offer, the message, the website, the ad account, the tracking or the follow-up, then fixes those in the order that makes each one cheaper.
The work usually spans search, paid media, the website and analytics, because in a market this competitive the constraint is rarely in the channel people assume it's in. I work across all of them, which means the diagnosis isn't limited to the one service I happen to sell.
Most Las Vegas businesses I talk to aren't under-marketed. They're marketed in fragments. An agency runs the ads. A cousin built the site. Someone posts on Instagram. Nobody owns the question of whether those three things are pointing at the same person.
So the ads send traffic to a page that was written for a different audience. The page doesn't record where anyone came from. The content gets decided on a Sunday with no relationship to what the ads are testing. Every piece is busy. None of them compound.
You don't need more marketing. You need the marketing you already pay for to know about itself.
That's the work: one strategy, one measurement layer, one person who can be asked what happened and give you an answer in plain language.

Four questions worth answering before you spend anything here.
03 · Local context
These aren't rhetorical. How you answer them changes which channel is worth your money, and most of the wasted spend I see traces back to never having asked.
Are you selling to residents or to visitors?
They search differently, convert on different timelines and respond to completely different messages. A business serving both usually needs them separated at the campaign level, not blended into one audience and averaged into a number that describes neither.
Is your demand seasonal, or event-shaped?
A convention calendar, a school year and a summer are three different shapes. Budget set evenly across twelve months will overpay in your quiet weeks and run out in the weeks that actually pay for the year.
How crowded is your category on paid search?
Some categories here are contested enough that buying clicks is the most expensive route to a customer you have. That's worth knowing before the ad account, not after. Sometimes the right first move is the website or the profile, not the bid.
What actually happens when someone enquires?
Speed of response is frequently the constraint, not traffic. If enquiries sit in an inbox overnight, more of them is a more expensive version of the same problem. I'd rather fix that first, and it's usually free.

The whole stack.
Based here. Working across the US.
I'm in Las Vegas, so I can sit across a table from you if that's useful. Most of the work happens the same way either way, but knowing the market you're selling into is not nothing.

Questions I get asked.
04 · FAQ
How much does digital marketing cost in Las Vegas?
My own prices are published rather than quoted: one channel run properly is $1,500 a month, everything run together is $1,999 a month, and one-off strategy work starts at $3,000. The full list is on the homepage.
Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Google or Meta. I don't mark it up or take a percentage of it, because that would give me an incentive to recommend spending more.
Do you only work with Las Vegas businesses?
No. I'm based here and I work with businesses across the US. Being local matters for some things, like understanding who your customers actually are and meeting in person if you want to. For the rest it matters not at all.
Can I hire you for just one thing, like SEO or Google Ads?
Yes. One channel run properly is a legitimate place to start, and it's how most engagements begin. I'll tell you honestly if I think the channel you've asked for isn't the one holding you back, but it's your money and your call.
How long before I see results?
It depends entirely on the channel, and anyone who answers this with a single number is guessing. Paid search can produce enquiries in the first weeks if the offer and the page are right. SEO and local search are measured in months, not weeks. Fixing a slow follow-up process can change things the same day.
What I will commit to is recording the baseline before anything changes, so the question can be answered with evidence rather than a feeling.
Do you have case studies?
I'm building them properly, with the client's agreement and real numbers, rather than publishing screenshots without context. Until they're ready I'd rather show you my thinking on a call than show you someone else's chart.
What happens on the free consultation?
Twenty minutes. You tell me what's working, what isn't and where you're trying to go. I come having looked at your site first, and I tell you what I'd prioritise, whether or not that involves hiring me. No slides and no follow-up sequence.
