An AI marketing consultant who will tell you where AI does not help.

Based in Las Vegas, working with businesses across the US. The job is not to put AI into your marketing. It is to work out which parts of your marketing are now done better with it, which parts are not, and what either one is worth.

What an AI marketing consultant actually does.

01 · The short version

An AI marketing consultant works out where artificial intelligence changes how your marketing should be run, builds the parts where it genuinely helps, and leaves alone the parts where it does not. Two halves: the work you produce with AI, and the way customers now find you through it.

The second half is the one most businesses have not noticed yet. People increasingly ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers for a recommendation instead of scrolling a list of ten blue links. Whether your business gets named in that answer is a different problem from ranking, and almost nobody is measuring it.

Most of what is sold as AI marketing is a content tool with a subscription. It writes faster, publishes more, and produces the same thing everybody else is producing, which is the opposite of what makes a business findable.

The useful version is less exciting and worth more. AI is extremely good at the repetitive middle of marketing: research, first drafts, structuring, summarising, reformatting, triage, and the operational work that quietly eats a week. Handing that over buys back the time for the part a machine cannot do, which is deciding what the business should actually say.

AI will make your marketing faster. Faster is only useful once the direction is right.

So the order here is always the same. Work out what the business should be saying and to whom, then automate the parts of saying it that deserve to be automated. Doing it the other way round produces a great deal of output and no more enquiries.

What the work involves.

02 · Scope

Six things. Some businesses need all of them, most need two or three, and the consultation is where that gets decided.

01

AI visibility audit

Whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers name your business when someone asks for a recommendation in your category, who they name instead, and what those businesses have on their sites that yours does not.

02

Pages built to be quoted

Answer engines lift answers from pages that state them plainly and structure them properly. Direct answers, real questions, and the structured data that lets a machine read the page without guessing.

03

AI workflows for the repetitive middle

Research, first drafts, repurposing, reporting summaries, enquiry triage. Built as workflows you own and can run without me, not as a dependency on a consultant.

04

Marketing automation

The follow-up that never happens, the lead that lands in an inbox and dies, the report nobody builds. Connected in Make or Zapier, documented so the next person can read it.

05

A Notion marketing HQ

One place where the plan, the calendar, the assets, the numbers and the decisions live, with the AI workflows wired into it. Yours, exportable, no licence to me.

06

Measurement that survives it

GA4 and Search Console configured so you can tell whether any of the above produced an enquiry. Including the new report that shows whether AI answers are sending anyone at all.

Where AI does not help, and I will say so.

03 · Honestly

It cannot decide your positioning. That requires knowing what you are actually better at than the business down the road, and no model has access to that. It will produce something confident and generic if you ask, which is worse than nothing because it sounds finished.

It cannot replace your voice. A business that sounds like everyone else is invisible in exactly the channels AI is supposed to win. The more content that gets generated, the more a recognisably human one stands out.

It will not fix a slow follow-up. If enquiries sit unanswered until Monday, more of them is not an improvement. That is usually free to fix and it comes first.

It should not touch anything regulated without a human reading it. Health, legal, financial and medical claims are where confident wrong answers get expensive.

And it is not a reason to buy anything. If your bottleneck is that nobody knows you exist, the answer is distribution, not a workflow. I would rather tell you that at the consultation than build you something elegant you did not need.

There is a version of this conversation where the honest answer is that your marketing does not have an AI problem. It happens often enough to be worth saying out loud on the page.

Las Vegas, and anywhere else.

04 · Where

I am based in Las Vegas, so if you have been searching for an AI marketing consultant near you and you are in the valley, we can meet properly. Local work has a real advantage here: I can see the business, and the AI visibility question is sharpest for local search, because a recommendation request names three businesses and not ten.

Outside Las Vegas, the work is identical and runs over video. Most of it is building and measuring rather than sitting in rooms.

When someone asks an assistant for the best in your category in your city, it names a handful. Not a page of ten.

That is a narrower door than search has ever had, and it is the single clearest reason to look at this now rather than next year. More on the Las Vegas work.

Questions I get asked.

06 · FAQ

What does an AI marketing consultant do?

Two jobs. The first is working out which parts of your marketing are now done better with AI and building those, usually research, drafting, repurposing, reporting and the operational follow-up that quietly never happens. The second is making sure your business gets named when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI answers for a recommendation in your category, which is a different problem from ranking in search.

A good one will also tell you which parts to leave alone, because handing your positioning or your voice to a model produces something confident and generic.

Is this just using ChatGPT to write content?

No, and that is the version I would steer you away from. Generating more content faster makes a business sound like every other business, which is the opposite of what gets you named in an AI answer. The work is in deciding what to say, then automating the repetitive parts of saying it.

How do I know if AI answers are mentioning my business?

You ask them. Put your category and your city into ChatGPT, Gemini and Google and see who gets named. It takes ten minutes and almost nobody is doing it. If you want it done properly, it is the first thing I check in the free consultation, and it is part of the free marketing audit.

Search Console also now reports appearances in Google's AI features, under Performance. Most businesses have never opened that report.

Will AI replace my marketing person?

It replaces tasks, not judgement. The parts of marketing that are research, formatting, summarising and first drafts are genuinely faster now. The parts that are deciding what the business is, who it is for and what it should say are not, and getting those wrong faster is not progress.

Do I need AI marketing if I am a small local business?

The visibility half, probably yes, and sooner than a larger business. When someone asks an assistant for a recommendation in a city it names a few businesses rather than a page of ten, so the door is narrower than search has ever been. The workflow half depends on whether you have enough repetitive marketing work to be worth automating. Often you do not yet, and I will say so.

How much does an AI marketing consultant cost?

Here, the consultation is free, a Growth Blueprint with the AI work built in is $3,000, and a full Marketing Operating System build is $6,900. Ongoing management that includes AI workflows starts at $1,500 a month. These are published prices rather than starting points, which in this category is rare enough to be worth checking anyone else against.

Do the workflows belong to me?

Yes. The Notion workspace, the automations, the accounts and the documentation are all in your name and exportable. If we stop working together nothing has to be rebuilt by whoever comes next, which is a question worth asking anyone you hire.
