Las Vegas — working with businesses anywhere
I make the pieces of your marketing work together.
Ads, website, content, social, tracking and follow-up — run by one person, wired into each other, measured against one number you chose on purpose.

Taniya Gupta — marketing strategist and operator, Las Vegas.
The idea
Most businesses don't have a marketing problem. They have a connection problem.
Ads pointed at a website nobody rebuilt for them. A website that doesn't know which posts sent the traffic. Content decided on Sunday night with no relationship to what the ads are testing. Tracking half-installed, follow-up living in an inbox.
Every piece is working. None of them are working together. Effort high, compounding zero.
My job is to make them feed each other. The ad tests the message the content already proved. The site answers the question the ad raised. Tracking tells all of them what happened. Connected, each piece makes the next one cheaper.
The approach
Diagnose first. Everyone else starts with the deliverable.
Most marketing fails at the diagnosis, not the execution. The same four steps run whether the engagement is one channel or the whole system.
Find the actual constraint
Traffic, offer, message, page, follow-up, or price. Only one of them is holding the number down, and it's rarely the one you're being sold. Nothing gets built until it's named.
Record the baseline
What it costs today, how many enquiries arrive today, how long it takes today. Written down before anything changes, so the result can't be argued about later.
Fix it in the right order
The page before the ad spend. The tracking before the reporting. The offer before the campaign. Order is most of the result, and it's the part almost nobody sequences properly.
Hand it over working
A system you can run without me — documented, connected, and read in plain language once a month. If you need me forever, I built it wrong.
Capability
One person, the whole ecosystem.
The reason the pieces connect is that the same person sets the strategy and then builds it. No handoffs, no translation loss, no four vendors blaming each other.
Services
Six ways in. Any of them is a legitimate place to start.
Same capability, sold as a sequence — diagnose, run, manage, partner, plan, build. You can start with one channel and stop there. Nothing about the standard changes.
Marketing Diagnostic
A paid audit of your channels, site, tracking, offer and spend — ending in a ranked list of what to fix, what to stop, and what to leave alone. Yours to keep, whether or not we work together.
$6992 weeks, fixed
Channel Management
One channel run properly — Instagram, Meta, Google or SEO — and wired into whatever you already have. Baseline, one named goal, monthly read-out.
$1,500per month, rolling
Full Marketing Management
Every channel, run by one person. Social and content, Meta and Google Ads, SEO, the website, tracking and reporting. You stop coordinating vendors and start reading one report.
$1,999per month, rolling
Growth Partnership
Everything in Full Management, plus the strategy above it — quarterly replanning, offer and positioning work, and a monthly review where we decide what changes. Follows a Diagnostic or a Blueprint rather than starting cold.
$2,500per month, 6-month minimum
Growth Blueprint
Positioning, offer architecture, channel plan, measurement framework and a twelve-month sequence. The plan you can hand to anyone — me, your team, or the next agency.
$3,0003–4 weeks, fixed
Marketing Operating System
The flagship. Website and landing systems, paid media, tracking and attribution, automation, AI workflows and a Notion HQ — built, connected and handed over working.
$6,9006–10 weeks, fixed
These are the prices, not starting points. Every engagement carries a baseline recorded before we begin, one clearly named goal, and a monthly read-out written in plain language.

About
A strategist who also builds the thing.
I'm Taniya Gupta. I work across the whole marketing ecosystem — strategy and brand, Meta and Google Ads, websites and landing pages, SEO, analytics, automation and AI-powered operations — which means I can set the architecture and then actually build it.
Most operators sell one lane and are structurally unable to connect it to the others. That's the gap I work in. It also means you get one name on the outcome instead of four vendors and a coordination problem.
I'll always tell you what I'd do and what it costs you to do it. Even when it isn't what you asked for.
What that looks like as an engagementContact
Tell me what isn't working.
Not a discovery call. Send me the situation in a paragraph and I'll tell you what I'd do about it — whether or not you hire me for it.
hi@socialbytaniya.comWhat happens next
- 01You write a paragraph about the business and what's not working.
- 02I reply within two business days with an initial read — free, and specific.
- 03If it's a fit, one call. If it isn't, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
- 04One proposal, two options at most, with the price and the reasoning behind it.
